Non Profit Deconstruction

1

ACT Recycling is proud to team up with the non-profit company Building Value to present a while new dynamic to “green” demolition.  Building Value is an Easter Seals affiliate putting disadvantaged and unemployed people to work by completely deconstructing a structure, board by board.  All materials are salvaged and sent back to an outlet store to be sold at discounted prices.  Once all salvageable material has been removed, ACT Recycling mobilizes on site and recycles the concrete, asphalt, broken wood and any other remaining materials.

Most often, tax deductions from salvaging material will more than offset the cost of deconstruction.  By choosing deconstruction, you will aid in providing a job to disadvantaged and unemployed individuals and your structure will live on as it is reused elsewhere in the local community.

Demolition

For more than a decade, A.C.T. Recycling has paved the way for recycling demolition debris in the tri-state area, recycling literally MILLIONS of tons of debris.  This debris has not only been diverted from local landfills, but has been converted to usable products for future construction projects.  Projects such as drive ways, parking lots, building pads, bio fuels, iron, steel and many other products in the construction industry.

Debris materials are processed through a series of grinding, crushing, density separation and screening, just to name a few.

ACT Recycling has developed many separation techniques over the years.  We take pride in providing our customers with the most efficient and professional demolition services in the area.  We are also proud to be one of the only fully licensed contractors to recycle C & D debris into usable materials.

As landfills begin to fill, recycling debris is now more important than ever!  By recycling C&D debris, you may be eligible for many tax incentives.

*Please check with your tax accountant to determine eligibility.
